As a singer, way past his sell-by date.

Kinda like the Democrat belief system.

Garfunkel was an early version of John Denver with vanilla ice cream melting on his head.

Back in his prime, it was clear to me Paul Simon had the writing talent. He’s had an amazing writing and singing career. Sorry he looks and seems so screwed up now.

Little known facts.

He hates this song. He did not write it. Garfunkle did and that it is more well known that his songs makes him angry.

Irony.

I used to look like that after a heavy night of drinking.

Upon waking up with a hangover many years ago, I had a friend tell me that I'd look like that all the time in ten years if I kept it up.

The story goes that Paul Simon was intensely jealous are Art Garfunkel. Garfunkel could sing. Simon could write.

Paul Simon was jealous he could write a great song called Bridge Over Troubled Waters, but he could never sing it.

It is historically common for duo musicians to break up due to ego, but the solo acts are vastly inferior. Paul Simon doomed himself with his selfish solo career i.e. poor vocalist.

Elton John had his issues but he gets credit for staying with writer Bernie Taupin, both together had the most hits over a 40 year span. EVER.

In other words, 2 folks are better’n 1.

What I was thinking. You guys are merciless. The voice goes after a while. He knew that, and he sang anyway, for us.
