Here’s a fact to chew on: Much of Day Two at the convention was spent trying to humanize Hillary Clinton. After 25 years in public life, she feels the need to tell us she cares.
A parade of speakers warmed up the crowd by telling stories about her compassion, some of it very long ago. Getting money for New Yorkers after 9/11, helping children get health insurance, securing health care for veterans.
This being a coronation, the circumstances grew in grandeur with each telling, until they made her sound like Mother Teresa. She’s so profoundly kind and tireless and honest and so full of grace, “she defies gravity.”
But wait, there’s more — she’s tough, too. Single-handedly, she practically made peace in the Mideast, forged progress on climate change, and forced Iran to the negotiating table.
If that superhuman doesn’t sound like the Hillary you know, or the world as you know it, well, Bill Clinton showed up to to swear it was all true, and then some.

I understand that Bibi will be on the tarmac next week in Phoenix. Bill will be fund raising there. Trump should insist on direct debates with no moderator asking questions. Each debate should focus on a single topic (Immigration, Gun Control, Financial, National Security) and should not focus on gay marriage or abortion. Trump asks Hillary a question, she responds, he responds to her then Hillary asks a question. The moderator is only there for time management. And NO debate should be held on CNN since Candy Crowley proved they are in the bag for the Democrats and are biased.

The only chance she may have is to silence the opposition. Look for her friends (fellow travelers) to censor the press, favorable for her and only negative for Trump.

She always gave me that impression -- besides her snotty know-it-all attitude. She seems volatile: if crossed in any way she'll flare up & eventually go ballistic. She has a powerful need for control.

Anybody with the sense of a rusty nail knows those two despise each other......they’ve used each other to get power....first Bill’s and now Hellary’s. Never have I seen such a lying, corrupt and totally devoid morals as these two.
Too many people know the truth - ended up being a career sexual predator lauding his main enabler.....

That’s what they have been doing every single day for months, and will continue to do, of course. Thanks to social media and other outlets, they cannot quash everything. Hence the need for places like Free Republic.
