I do not believe someone in the investigation is passing these on. That would make them also criminally responsible for mishandling classified material as well as improper handling of investigation material. No, some did hack these and those someone’s don’t care that the hacking may have been a crime. They are out to expose the crimes of kankles and the establishment. I don’t think they care about democrat or Republican Party. Right or wrong, they consider themselves crusaders. In the present case, I think it’s more good than bad that they are exposing the corruption.

This would ordinarily be rocketed around every political site and cause fireworks, accusations and denials. Is the whole country that zombified to not notice, including angry Trump supporters?

This email issue is not in the charters that created these agencies. They don’t monitor American citizensas per their charters.
The scary aspect, is it is in the domain of the DOJ/FBI.
With the corrupt Obama/Clinton influence on DOJ/FBI, there will be minimal assistance/aid from the agencies and others you have mentioned not mentioned.
I did a search at Wikileaks for Clintonemail.com and the specific word “Yoga”.
Of the 20,000+ emails returned for Clintonemail.com, only five any any reference to yoga and all are contained with press articles that were puff pieces written about hillary.
There are no emails where Hillary herself mentions the word yoga.

Although, if I were head of those agencies, especially the Military Intelligence, I would be raising holy hell in light of “loose lips sink ships” a la the loss of 25 Navy SEALs in Afghanistan with one lucky shot. This is not just a citizen breaking the law, this is the Secretary of State breaking all kinds of protocols. : (
