The Secret History of the Democratic Party has quickly become the top-grossing documentary of the year to date at the U.S. box office, amassing $5.2 million in its first dozen days.
D'Souza's 100-minute film takes doesn't pretend to be non-partisan. A trailer for the doc refers to Bill and Hillary Clinton...as "depraved crooks" and Democrats as "the party of corruption" that is associated with slavery, lynchings, the KKK and forced sterilization.
The first democrat president Andrew Jackson was the head up the Tennessee militia and David Crockett served under him. He despised Andrew Jackson to the day he died because of Jackson slaughtering so many of the Indians he (Crockett) grew up with. He actually too part in some of the raids and it made him sick. As a Congressman he opposed Jackson’s removal of Indians, sending them west of the Miss, also known as the “Trail of Tears”.

Dinesh D’Souza is very good at making documentaries. Good immigrant from India. He certainly gets it, whereas many Indians get swayed by the Democrat propaganda about big tent.
It us true. As a political wonk and history wonk - it’s horrifyingly true. The Clintons are an international crime syndicate and the Democrat party has a long history as a drug pusher for the worst elements in society. Go see it. Saw it last night. Awesome.

We finally were able to make time to go see the film last night. We waned to support Dinesh’s work. It was still showing in only one theater in our area which was about 20 miles away. We enjoyed it very much.
The film did do an interesting job of teaching about the history of the Democrat Party and also covering the evil that is the Clinton machine.
I would like it if his next film could go into more depth as to how it is that the left has managed to so dominate Hollywood, entertainment, the media, the press and our educational system.
