They didn’t need to buy off Bloomberg, he is a left wing nanny state fanatic. He is also terribly jealous of Trump being the most famous billionaire from NYC. For Bloomberg it is all “what about Meeeee?????”
N.Y. state is VERY much in play! Trump has much of the state and even parts of NYC, in his pocket. Even Harlem, which IS in Manhattan, is good for The Donald!
Trump probably doesn't get Brooklyn, I have NO idea about Queens, since many parts are now Asian and Hispanic, or the Bronx.
OTOH......Staten Island is almost 100% for Trump.

Your criticism was totally out of line and showed an ignorance of what many of us have researched for some time. We know our states and their strength and weaknesses.
Well said, aside from the infestations in Boulder and Denver counties, plus a few commies up in Fort Collins, the rest of the state is quite rural and conservative.
CCW is widespread for 2A support, farmers hate the EPA, and there just are not enough hippies in the hills.
If the anger at the Cruzbot theft of our primary is any indicator, Mr. Trump has a yuge chance here.

Outside of the two D.C. suburb counties and Baltimore City, the other 21 counties are fairly moderate to conservative.
BTW we do have a RINO governor, who sadly did not bother attending the convention and has criticized Trump.
I called his office twice and was only able to speak to a dimwitted young aide who obviously had no appreciation for how critical this election is!!
I tried to give her a history lesson about what it takes to win wars and protect our borders, etc., but she was brainwashed by today’s political correctness and subscribed to the deadly posture of weakness, or as Trump would say, committing our own suicide!!
At any rate, I wish Trump would rally in the Baltimore suburbs or in Annapolis at the Naval Academy!!!

I have a different way of looking at this. At this point in time, polls should not be given much weight. Starting in September, those polls should start to tighten and become more trustworthy. In the meantime, Trump and his team have their strategy and it hasn’t failed him to my knowledge. What I’d like to see is Trump start campaigning in California. Make Hillary spend her money.
