Has anybody come across a reasonable explanation for that circular dent in Killary’s tongue?

I saw a speech therapist the other day because I've had a chronic cough since last September. We've finally determined that it is probably stress related. Before I begin my official therapy, the therapist gave me a few ideas on combating the cough, one of which is sucking on lozenges, specifically Werther's Original or butterscotch. When I saw people commenting on her tongue, this is immediately what came to mind.

I thought about that too. But there’s nothing on her tongue, like a lozenge, except the dent.
