Just caught the end of Chuck Todd's interview with Assange. It is remarkable how similar the questions were to Anderson Cooper's interview with Assange. They are both pushing the source of the hacking and blaming it on the Russians. Assange will not divulge his sources and keeps coming back to the actual substance of what was released. He correctly calls it a distraction to focus on the source. Todd just can't get away from the meme, which was also pushed by Hillary in her Fox interview.
The MSM, including George Will, are intent on linking Putin to Trump and in some cases overtly stating that they are somehow in cahoots. The hacking has now morphed into foreign interference in US elections. The MSM would rather ignore the substance.
