I suggest she retain council and sue the school and the SGA members individually, especially the president a full fledged wanker and toad of the first order, on the denial of her First Amendment rights. The school is a state school.

At this point, the alumni association and the administration should intervene, rescind the SGA president’s decision, and require all members of the SGA to attend constitutional legal seminars hosted by their law department, which will be tested. And if they fail to understand and appreciate the concepts of “equality before the law”, “due process”, the US Bill of Rights, and Texas law, then they will forfeit their seats in the SGA.

This is a public university. They are acting under color of state law. It’s a violation of the federal civil rights laws.

If it was my kid I would find a private school.
At a private school they can screw you over totally and there is nothing you can do about it. Witness the cases where students get tried in convicted by the school in secret hearings over supposed rape allegations, and can’t do anything about it.
...... Would be interesting to see how many people of other ethnicities, other than white actually are sent to these so called Diversity Workshops. It is social engineering and indoctrination at it's best which does not bode well for a truly free society.

Honestly, all lives do not matter to an extent and I can prove it. The number of whites killed by cops is more than double than blacks killed by cops. Can anyone on this thread name one? Can anyone on this thread name a date and location when people marched in protest of a white killed by a cop?
