When you and your family arrived to America from Pakistan, you assimilated into our country. You adopted American ways, learned our history and apparently you even acquired a pocket Constitution along the way. Good for you sir. But, there are many Muslims in America who not only have no desire to assimilate, but wish to live under Sharia Law. That is unacceptable to Americans. There is only one law of the land. That is the U.S. Constitution.

He has no issues with the muslim extremists that killed his kid and he supports the ONLY one running who voted for war in Iraq.

Mr Khan has published works that credited Muslim Brotherhood authors and said specifically that all other forms of law must be subordinate to Sharia. He currently makes his living importing Muslims into the United States.

Perhaps is correct, but I have my doubts. What would he have done 12 years after had he not died in 2004? Obviously no one can answer that question in earnest. So while I will give him the benefit of the doubt, doubt still remains nonetheless.

Mr. Kahn has stated his son wanted to go into ‘counseling’ the military and has also stated his son wanted to be a JAG. Somehow I get the feeling that his ‘counseling’ would have been muslim-centric? I’m also going to guess that the son’s legal education was accomplished under a Officer recruitment program? It would explain his rank as capt. vs. enlisted.
