Year of hell: Commuter accused of 'preposterous' sexual assault case wary of travelling with women
The Telegraph ^ | 9FEB2016 | India Sturgis

Mark Pearson bears the crumpled expression of a man who has just emerged from a protracted period of darkness, yet can barely summon the enthusiasm required to readjust to the light.

On Friday, after a three-day trial at Blackfriars Crown Court, he was acquitted of sexually assaulting an award-winning actress - who for legal reasons cannot be named - while crossing paths with her during evening rush hour on the concourse of Britain’s busiest train station.

Though he has come through this half-second-turned-whole-year of hell with his reputation entirely intact, it has taken a terrible tarnishing - and the whole process had subjected him to a clear physical and mental toll.

She’s seventy years old, and this guy is supposed to have copped a feel in some train station somewhere?????

She’s a demented attention wh*re who’s waaaay past her prime.

Clearly, she’s having a great deal of trouble coping with the fact that no one’s interested anymore.

It took a jury just a few minutes looking at the evidence to realise that what his accuser, the Police, and the Crown Prosecution Service had concocted was a fantasy.
In today’s Britain, the police and prosecution authorities are run and staffed by politically correct clowns and anglo-saxon-man hating lesbians.
Just something you need to be aware of if you travel to Britain.

This case is absolutely horrendous. No evidence for, decisive evidence against, and yet the guy's name and life were dragged through the mud for a year.

Evidently there is a ghastly Stalinist anti-rape hag in charge of the UK's Crown Prosecutorial Service, who is determined to drastically increase rape prosecutions with or without evidence. Without the CCTV footage this guy never would have been able to clear himself, and even with it the process was utter hell.

Hey I have a wonderful idea, since this crone wants to increase rape prosecutions, why not start an international movement to have Bill Clinton prosecuted for that well known rape of a fellow Oxford student back in the day when he was a Rhodes Scholar???

The UK has been revisiting old crimes, quite prominently, in recent years. In that one, the victim has confirmed the crime, interviewed when Bill Clinton was President.

This is an example of why those downballot elections for things like judges and county DA can be so important, and yet most don’t have a clue about the people running.

I often travel on public transportation and the cars I ride in are typically crowded. While jammed up against humanity of all sorts I’m aware that I must make all efforts not to make moves that could cause a woman...a sane or crazy one...to accuse me of something.

Guilty as Hell!

So that's the one who claimed to have been groped? Yikes! I simply can't imagine a guy being desperate enough...drunk enough...or psychotic enough to bother with *that*!

Anyway the accusation was of a grope-in-passing, which the CCTV footage showed could not have happened, and which only had less than a second’s time frame in which it might have happened.... so it would not have had anything to do with her appearance. The guy is lucky for the CCTV footage (NOT of course lucky to be dragged through the whole horrible thing).

So here is a real rape case, since the Crown Prosecutor is so eager to pursue rape charges:

Bill Clinton credibly accused of rape

"Eileen Wellstone, 19-year-old English woman who said Clinton sexually assaulted her after she met him at a pub near the Oxford where the future President was a student in 1969. A retired State Department employee, who asked not to be identified, confirmed that he spoke with the family of the girl and filed a report with his superiors. Clinton admitted having sex with the girl, but claimed it was consensual. The victim's family declined to pursue the case."

In an interview with Capitol Hill Blue, the retired State Department employee said he believed the story Miss Wellstone, the young English woman who said Clinton raped her in 1969.

''There was no doubt in my mind that this young woman had suffered severe emotional trauma,'' he said. ''But we were under tremendous pressure to avoid the embarrassment of having a Rhodes Scholar charged with rape. I filed a report with my superiors and that was the last I heard of it.''

Miss Wellstone, who is now married and lives near London, confirmed the incident when contacted this week, but refused to discuss the matter further. She said she would not go public with further details of the attack. Afterwards, she changed her phone number and hired a barrister who warned a reporter to stay away from his client.

In his book, Unlimited Access, former FBI agent Gary Aldrich reported that Clinton left Oxford University for a "European Tour" in 1969 and was told by University officials that he was no longer welcome there. Aldrich said Clinton's academic record at Oxford was lackluster. Clinton later accepted a scholarship for Yale Law School and did not complete his studies at Oxford.

excellent point, I’m sure they are passing over plenty of cases where the perps are Muslims, bc ofc those cases are not politically correct.

Was Michelle Fields ever an actress? The acting I’ve seen her do lately could be regarded as ‘award winning’ for sure.

Sounds very much like her modus operandi.

Who would even notice such a thing:

...much less want to touch it?

Sounds very much like a "Hey, look at me!" publicity stunt by a has-been...
