if Ryan gave a damn about his future he would have begun the process I described... the week before the primary.
if he was repenting for his #nevertrump attitude, he would have begun the process since then in the interim.
if he has not demonstrated his repentance... it would be time for the sentencing to immediate retribution: political weeping, wailing and gnashing of teeth.
since he refuses to demonstrate repentance... it IS clearly past time to flush the turd down to the swirling septic system...
