They did some horrible things during the war. What about our good friend, ally and armed NATO member Germany? Japan is one of the last nations on earth with an international view that I can appreciate. I would like to see Japan foot more of the bill to try to contain the Chinese.

What about Germany? They are not really our ally, if one really scrutinizes their behavior, especially of late. Especially take note of Obama’s playing up to them, to the detriment of our relationship with Britain.
