After a great RNC convention, Trump is leading. Polls came and said he was on a roll. DNC has their convention and it was Sanders supporters blasting Clinton supporters, screaming and hollering that that they wanted Clinton in jail. The usual suspects gave speeches, then Hitery gave one of the worst speeches in memory. Universally panned. The very next day CNN parades a Clinton paid cronie by the the name of Khan to trash Trump and call every him every vile name you can call someone. Two days later Trump gets on ABC with George Popapappapdouplus, who asked him about the crazy Muslim Clinton supporter. Trump says he doesn't know him but he was really blasting him at the DNC. Then comes the set-up from Papadopolpolus. "His wife was right beside him and didn't say anything, why do you think she didn't say anything. Trump: Well I don't know, maybe she couldn't, maybe she couldn't speak". Trump meant, and rightfully so that a lot of women in Muslim homes speak to the husbands when he gives them permission. This is absolute fact. So Trump said nothing wrong. All the liberal media, including Fox gang up on Trump saying he has disrespected the Khan family and owes them an apology. Libs have called for him to quit the campaign. Out comes CNN poll two days after the Khan character belittled Trump and called him every name in the book and one day before the Papapoplusplus interview. Clinton has picked up 13 points in one week and the RNC convention is panned, and more dislike Trump after the convention than before. Pence is depised by 3/4ths of the voters. Trump's children are despised. And it goes on today. Will it ever end. And can anyone tell me what Trumps said that was the worst thing said in the history of the world? Just wondering.

Didn’t I hear the same thing before the 2012 election? In fact, I think the polls then had even higher percentages of Demoncrats. Turns out the polls were right, that time.

A couple of things about these polls:

1) They are registered voter and not likely voter right now. (Favoring Democrats)
2) For most of them, the assumption is that turnout will be close to 2012 levels, which is about D+5, which is how they likely grab their original registration data. (That may change when RV is converted to LV with these polls).
3) Clinton is enjoying a convention bounce, which will fade. She even just took a slight edge in the LA Times/USC poll this morning.

The left-wing press is doing the DNC’s bidding right now in an attempt to bury Trump. He will dig himself out of this hole and the horse race will be back on come Labor Day.
