Donald Trump Might Be In Real Trouble This Time (MSM obviously trying to shape the news alert)
NPR ^ | August 4, 2016 | Ron Elving

Let's take a step back from the news of the past few days and ask a fundamental question: Why does everything suddenly seem different?

Donald Trump, the unsinkable candidate who seemed immune to political consequences while winning Republican presidential primaries month after month, now finds himself with an ailing campaign and a bad case of personal toxicity.

Cable TV and other news media are obsessed with fallout within Team Trump and dissension in the Republican Party. When Trump holds a rally or takes to Twitter, half the nation seems to hold its breath - waiting for him to insult someone, snarl at a baby or maybe punt a puppy off the podium.

Why? Because the contest has changed, the media context has changed - and Trump has been caught in a confluence of damaging stories.

From a rational point of view it is hard to understand why someone as smart and successful as Donald Trump seems to be so out of control.

Oh, that's easy: he's not.

This is active astroturfing on the part of the media and the coalition of professional politicians. It's the "popular girls" trying to make the new girl subordinate to their social status before she becomes more popular than they are.

Watch Trump at a rally. He's just fine. And like he says, "we're just going to have to push through all the media lies, sometimes."

My thoughts EXACTLY!

We can complain — and rightfully so — about a distorted, biased media, but we keep missing just how much influence they have. We let them define the race, they’ll likely (almost surely) influence the result. It has happened in the last two elections and will again this time.

He has possibly the easiest election win in history handed to him on a silver platter and yet he insists in using his valuable time of influence to talk about crap that not only doesn't matter, it injures his ability to lead.

I know a person who believes this has been a set up from the very beginning; a plan to clear the field and the nation and the world to the Clintons and the Muslim Brotherhood.

It's easy to be suspicious after Romney and McCain did basically the same thing in their campaigns.

Trump often steps in his own way. The media, the demodummies and the RNC all set the traps. He needs to be mindful of ALL of those bastards tricks. Time to be “presidential”, keep his eye on the prize and ignore their potshots.

State-Funded Religion, NPR, and author/tool, Ron Elving:

"Let's take a step back from the news of the past few days and ask a fundamental question: 'Why does everything suddenly seem different?'"

Because you're immersed in your fellow MSM's 24/7 political LSD trip?

Imagine to the Dem-run MSM's horror how quickly Trump will bounce back and take back the lead on the heels of further scandal involving Hillary's wikileaks arms-trafficking problems, or 0bama's $1.7b ransom paid to a Terrorist State, Iran?

Wishful thinking, Ronnie. Now how much have you been paid to write this drivel?

The fact that he ignores the golden opportunities served up by Obama and the economy almost everyday is doubly confusing.

What "fact?" What is he not capitalizing on?

Are you listening to HIM, or are you listening to the PRESS?

Well if its Hillary I am STILL in the resistance. I will do everything I can within the law and in that grey area in my own special way to make my fellow citizens who voted for tyranny suffer. That included not patronizing business who are supporters of this, sharing media with my friends to prevent us having to pay the Hollywood studios and music industry, suppressing their vote anyway I can and not hiring people who I can discern are drones.

The media, Democrats and obliging RINO’s are in the midst of trying to brand Trump as a whack job. Obama even piled on with the same message. They do it every single election. Romney was branded cold hearted capitalist. Why, he even let a woman die of cancer to make a buck.

Turn the them off and spend the day trying to talk people into voting. Turnout will be what wins this election.

No, WE don't, but it would be nice if we didn't have to constantly battle the people on OUR side parroting them instead of opposing them.

Trump is the first guy we've ever had who is on to them, and has successfully beaten them at their own game; no thanks to the parrots.

Oh no...National Propaganda Radio's mental malware is in a "news" creating tizzy again about Trump.

Please excuse me while I go feign some fear and outrage for the GovCo mics and cameras.

“and Trump has been caught in a confluence of damaging stories”

That would be ‘damaging lies’, and possibly not even ‘damaging’.

Democrats are absolutely scared by Trunp

That is why they are trying to get the GOP to pressure him to drop out

If he was a sure loser they wouldn’t want a replacement

But they know he will obliterate Hillary in the debates and attack her where any other wuss GOP candidate wouldn’t

Let's take a step back from the news of the past few days and ask a fundamental question: Why does everything suddenly seem different?

Because that nest of snakes known as the "New York headquartered Liberal Media" has started using their Media weapon to attack Trump.

Again, people, why do we put up with these bastards controlling what the public hear? We should be trying to Nuke bomb the New York Liberal Media (and the one in Los Angeles too.) but all we do is play patsy with them.

These people are costing us lives and costing us our future. We need to go into Defcom1-Nuclear-War-blitzkrieg-assault mode against these News manipulating bastards.

We should make them utterly terrified of us, because for what they have done to this nation, they should be afraid to walk the streets without body guards.

The MEDIA is a weapon. We need to take it away from our political enemies and turn that weapon against them.
