Democrat Hillary Clinton has built a slim lead over Donald Trump in Georgia after one of the worst weeks of the Republican’s campaign, and the Libertarian presidential ticket cracked double-digits, according to a new Atlanta Journal-Constitution poll. The poll released Friday shows Clinton at 44 percent and Trump at 40 percent, within the poll’s margin of error. It is the latest showing a close race between the two candidates in Georgia, a state that has voted for the GOP nominee since 1996.

IIRC, there were folks here who didn’t believe the polls right up the moment Obama was inaugurated.
Trump needs to stop hammering on ‘Pubbies (no matter how much they deserve it) and start hammering Hillary!.
Don’t know if it will do any good, though. Most of the things we find revolting about Hillary! are considered assets by her constituents.

Kind of like the “Skewed Polls” website in 2012 told us that all was good and Romney would win? Not this time will I fall for such lines of reasoning. Better that we’re honest with ourselves and face problems head-on.

As many of you already know, I do NOT BELIEVE IN POLLS. Sorry for shouting, but I am getting sick of the medias constant reporting on a “poll” from who knows where showing some bogus number that could be, or has been, altered to provide a desired outcome so someone can write about it.
The ONLY POLL that has any importance will be the poll following the final election day. Polls are “ginned up” so people will get all excited about who’s opinion is more important than another’s. It is a proven fact that polls can be created to provide the outcome the originator desires.
Or did he just act weak by design?

I down-voted the thread because I’m sick of the gloom and doom. Sundance, at theconservativetreehouse, predicted every single thing the MSM has done since the DNC convention. It’s all designed to demoralize conservatives, wound Trump prior to the debates, and astroturf a Hillary surge.
And it’s all lies. We can’t stop the commie media from at least trying to destroy Trump—but we can ignore them.

I’ve been called numerous times by so-called ‘pollsters’, a lot of which are merely trying to give you the dem/Madam Benghazi/0bama socialist party line. Among these calls are calls from the “Atlanta Journal-Constipation”. I immediately hang up on them, because in 2007 they emphatically declared that the answer to the Country’s problems was a kenyan marxist name Baraq Hussein mohammed 0bama. I seriously doubt that ANY poll by that rag would be fair or scientific, and even if it were, only a very few Constitution loving Patriots participate.

Not hard to believe at all. Hillary has the support of her party behind her. She has the big money donors. She has the media. Trump's party is continually trying to hobble him. The GOP money guys are keeping their wallets shut. The media punts on Hillary's shenanigans while running with Trump's. Add to this several unforced errors on Trump's part. He needs to refocus his campaign.
Most voters are not Freepers. I am not at all surprised by any poll that shows Hillary leading.
