The economy clearly needs fixing.
Here is the Bureau of Economic Analysis' national income and product accounts (NIPAs) Table 1.5.2. Contributions to Percent Change in Real Gross Domestic Product, Expanded Detail for 1969 to today.
It is a picture of how the economy used to get best years ever as it recovered from recessions. Business cycles I think we called them.
But that virtually ended following Reagan. What went wrong? Too many regulations? It's been reported that Trump will stop that.
It started before Obama but his economy appears to be the worst.
