Since October 2012 we’ve noticed the reoccurring question of whether or not Secretary Hillary Clinton had a stroke. You might remember the evolving media reports at the end of October, beginning of November 2012.
First Secretary Clinton had a cold, that version later became a flu, that version later became a slip and fall, that version became a “concussion”, and that version finally evolved into “blood clots”, etc.
That series of medical conditions was followed by numerous reports a year later, during her book tour, that people were noting her difficulty with her eyesight, using her right arm, and seeming to tremble or be unstable when standing.
Many people wondered if the 2012 medical incident was actually “a stroke”.

IMO there is still something unexplained about this guy.
I can’t take credit for catching it another FReeper did that. I going with the medical device meme until the light on that guy’s shoulder was pointed out to me.
When I Googled the listed "Subcortical Vascular Dementia" one of the sources which came up was

Sundance at The Last Refuge wrote a warning that there are two black agents in Hillary’s stage security that are being confused. The SS guy seems to be quite taller than the so called “handler”, who incidentally seems to be plenty tall himself. Sundance drew circles around the two men using a photo, to help distinguish the difference.
The one here is not the face of Dr. Feelgood. The medical agent is identified over at the Last Refuge and he has more of a baby face appearance than this “tough” guy. imho.

Nothing is sacred among the Obama connections, however. The WAPO needs to secure Bark’s legacy and get this sick cow elected. Anyone therefore is expendable to help get that job done.
