Your first point is what I’ve always wondered. Why would a man want to deal with more than one woman? And why would a woman want another woman in the picture?
But it must’ve been a bunch of really pitiful women who went along with it. If they were going to be stupid and perverse, the women should have risen up to Alpha, and demanded the reverse - a much better deal for a woman, practically.
