Yeah poor things. So broke they stole White House furniture. So broke they even took the Presidential seal from AF-1.

“making the equivalent of $144,000 today and had a nanny to care for their infant daughter”

I’d like to struggle to get by on one-third of $144,000 in each of the coming years.

I live on about $7,000/year.

Juxtaposed on my MSNBC front page this morning were two stories: (1) “1-in-5 Republicans Want Trump To Drop Out”, and (2) “Letters A Glimpse Into Clinton’s Struggles”. It’s been like this for weeks. You get inured to a certain degree of media bias over the years but this election it’s been so incredibly blatant that it’s getting difficult to forgive. Take names. There will be a reckoning.

Our local tv news stations were not that bad until after the conventions. Now they are doing what you noted.

So, we watch them until they do the never trump thing and turn them off. Hopefully, they have a way of tracking when their news is turned off at our cable boxes.

“Hillary fully clothed”

I think orange or pinstripes would suit her well.

I suspect she’s probably entitled to live in a 24/7/365 federally gated community.

“dcquiz] The couple “stretched their finances to afford” a $112,000 home — the same as buying a $345,000 house today — that was “one of the smallest houses on the block.”

In my day that would have been called a “starter home”. I have good memories of mine.

These Clintons are pathetic.

Is that like 4 out of 5 want Trump to maintain his nomination? Or 80% approve? Weird huh?

I live in Arkansas and this is such a crock. One reason for money problems is that at the time all state elected officials were still paid almost nothing. The Governor in 1978, when Clinton was first elected, was paid less than $10,000 a year. It took an Amendment to the Constitution to get the salary up and I still don't think it is much compared to other states.

So Hillary had to be the breadwinner, so she was given a job at the Rose Law Firm, at the time one of the oldest and most prestigious. She wasn't that good of an attorney, supposed to be a corporation lawyer. They made her partner, and it wasn't long before she was making a 6 figure salary and on the Walmart Board.

They never struggled and there were always wealthy donors willing to help out.

We bring in just a fraction of that today. Zero sympathy for her.

I bought one of the smallest houses on the block 15 years after her and paid nowhere near hers within the shadow of the governor’s estate. It was within our budget at the time. Today, it’s not what with what the tax assessor thinks it’s worth.

Maybe the Clintons should have stuck within a budget like the rest of us peons who don’t have nannies must. Oh, LOL, what am I thinking! They don’t know the meaning of budget.

She tried selling her body for cash but had no customers. So she sold her soul. Now even the devil doesn’t want her soul.

The Clinton run down po' folk shacks through the years:

1975-76 $17,200

1976-78

Ding ding, the house in question. 1980-82 $112,000. They were so poor and worried about money but had enough for a $60k down payment. Notice the The Exorcist spear of light.

1993-2001 paid for by the tax payers

1999 to present $1.7 million

2000 to present 2.85 million

2000 to present Paid for by the Clinton Library donors
