Based on this article, the Secret Service hasn't done anything, so obviously they don't think it was a threat.
Below I'm going to link to a former Secret Service agent going off on Don Lemon last night, calling him out for being biased. Don Lemon got so angry and tried to lecture this guy, and this guy was having none of it. Great to watch!

The problem with this is, Trump referenced this after he said Hillary would have appointed judges - which means the election would have already been decided. I know it’s (likely) not what he meant, but the man is probably the most inarticulate person we’ve ever nominated.
I am speechless and have lost hope. They are not under any circumstance going to let Trump win.
They have to talk about this. They don’t want to have to cover Hillary’s latest emails. I have nothing but contempt for the media.
