If someone with a backpack scales the WH fence and starts running at the building, I am sure he would be shot. Or if he were scaling the CIA building at Langley, he would be shot.

I agree with you. I don’t know why this guy wasn’t taken down before he got 20 feet. Trump isn’t there, of course, but his family is and we have no idea what this fool has in mind.

yes they are supposed to move, but each time they are stressed can potentially lessen their ability for future happenings.
just like suspension bridges, a chair, anything made or even trees and natural things etc.
Every structure/item has a life span due to stress and things that happens to it. This guy is causing some stress to each window he suctions to, some of them multiple times.
I know people window wash, but I don’t think that put stress on windows.
My point was he is very selfish to do this. It’s like choosing to climb some one’s home without permission - potential damage to home, liability etc.
