That would take real leadership and massive cojones...
We are talking about Rahm so those attributes are non-existent...
Besides, he can't stop all the shootings and killing because it would take away the gun rights and NRA boogeyman narrative...

Yep, it’s the saddest thing it goes straight to the top and the people that are terrorized by these same thugs are pressed into re-electing the same criminals year after year. It’s a vicious cycle.
