Does Portland have a downtown statue of Theodore Roosevelt, or is that Pancho Villa? I can’t remember, but I was there in 1998.
Seattle has Lenin if that helps. Portland has an elk, not sure about the others.
Tucson has a huge statue of Pancho Villa on a rearing horse in the middle of town.
