If it was special access stuff it was on an entirely different and more highly classified system.
That’s the key question!
Someone could have typed it and sanitized it. However, having that “(C)” show up is an obvious sign that’s not what happened every time.
The (c) marking (confidential) despite being a low level shows that there was definitely some mixing of the streams of class and unclass data. I would like to see an analysis of the secret level data to see how much was copied verbatim out of other sources. Comey covered for Clinton by saying the TS/SCI/SAP data was comprised of discussions of those subjects and not sharing the source data. Still a huge issue because SAP data gets people killed, such as the Iranian nuke engineer. My guess is the Russians and Chinese were competing to see who could give that information to the Iranians.
That is the key question. And it has NOT been answered. Not by her..and not by the DOJ or the FBI.
