I see the GOP didn’t bother to even field a candidate for Attorney General (an office they have interestingly held frequently), but 2 Dems made the runoff for Schools Chief, which is a position the GOP should strongly contest.
The bad news, however, is that the GOP nominee for Governor is a RINO NeverTrumper asshat. Kiss that one goodbye. WA hasn’t had a decent Governor since Conservative DINO Dixy Lee Ray served her single term from 1977-81. Too bad we can’t give the state to Canada (or to the point, everything west of the Cascades, AKA the Black Hole of Puget).
Re Bill Bryant, at the risk of repeating myself (Djou) so what? He seems like a decent candidate with half a chance.
No one AG yes, very unfortunate.
Educator commissioner, why are all these in every state where it’s elected “non-partisan”? That universally helps the rats.
Incumbent Sec of State is R, the only one, she narrowly led in the primary. State Senator running for the open Auditor post. Weak seeming candidate for Land Commish, also open, has a website that Politics1 doesn’t list.
Insurance Commish, D incumbent, GOP nominee is the Snohomish county fire commish but he had no website I can find. D inc got 57% in primary.
LT Governor is final open with Brad Owen retiring. GOP canidate is a Radio Talk show host and “R’ealtor, not optimistic. The rat is named Cyrus Habid, there’s a name.
