A financial expert argues that regardless what Target says, the four-month-long boycott of the retailer by a pro-family group is at least part of the reason the company's revenue has dropped more than a billion dollars in the last quarter.
Target reported today it has cut its profit and comparable-store sales outlook amid stiffer competition and its own stumbles in areas like grocery sales. The discounter's second-quarter net income fell nearly 10 percent, though that was better than what most had expected.
According to The Associated Press, sales at stores open at least a year fell 1.1 percent, reversing seven straight quarters of gains. Shares fell nearly 4 percent in before the opening bell Wednesday.

How is it possible to go less frequently to a place where you already never go?
In other words they caved.
When the Family Foundation who started the boycott talked to the CEO of Target to open separate bathrooms for male, female and confused people, they refused.
Now apparently they are building more single stall, locking bathrooms.
Oh, that’s too bad!
I LOVE my little Walmart. The Cashiers are all capable Norwegian Grandmas (most are retired Farm Gals looking for something fun to do and to get away from Grumpy Grandpa, LOL!) whose Adult Children and Grandchildren are the Managers and/or Department Managers. NOBODY steps out of line when Granny is on duty and everyone is super-friendly.
Nice and clean, neat as a pin. Well-stocked and well-lit. Shiny, SHINY floors! Shopping carts in good repair. No weirdo-s. No bathroom issues.
BUT - that’s The Heartland for ya. We obviously suck.

Neither my wife or myself have stepped into a Target since letting men go into the restroom with little girls. Shame on them.

I sure haven’t been in one since their announcement. Don’t really need them.
NOBODY here should EVER shop there again, ever.
I’m not telling people what to do because I have no power and no one listen to me anyway :)
But I have seen questions from Target in presidential surveys!!!!
The survey coverd different topics, president choice being the main one, but Target wanted to know if I “heard” about the recent situation involving the bathroom insanity.
It then asked if I still shopped there.
IT THEN ASKED what it COULD DO TO GET ME BACK.

If the first, having single stall/access bathrooms IN ADDITION to men's and women's separate facilities won't work, because "trans"freaks won't be satisfied with that solution. They will say they are being singled out and will still demand to use the exclusive community restroom of the sex they want to be.
