Trolling is the alt-right’s version of political activism, and its ranks view any attempt to take it away as a denial of democracy.

I’ve been punished for being a troll on other sites, when I was simply disagreeing. It caused me to coin this phrase: “Troll” is the new “racist”.
It’s a bogus slam. The word’s meaning is way too broad as to actually have any meaning.

I thought this title was odd. Trolling has always been with the Internet. Now this makes sense.
What a narrow historical scope they rely on - they must have missed the GWB administration and the Obama campaign.
Interestingly, Obama’s supporters, except for the extreme sociopaths who will be around until doomsday, have all but disappeared from the whole of the internet.
But look at any site with so-called trolls and you will notice the stark contrast: conservatives who invariably spell every word correctly, use proper sentences, capitalization, grammar and punctuation, and can express a thought in writing versus lefties who rely on txtspk, LOLs, pejoratives (Teathuglicans etc.), and always, always second-hand phrases straight from Dem operatives (’common sense,’ ‘gun violence,’ etc.).
