Timing is pretty critical. You don’t want to release it too quickly or else the DNC could plug in Kaine. You need to wait until it is too close to the election for the Dems to do anything to replace Clinton.

My guess is that there will be a 'November surprise', which will be dropped *after* Her Heinous is fraudulently 'elected' by the American sheeple.
They could show them giving nuclear secrets to Iran and North Korea, telling Boko Haram where and when to kidnap Christian schoolgirls, conspiring to commit Christian genocide with Isis, planning Arab Spring across the ME, orchestrating the floods of children illegally crossing our border, and the murder of whistle bowers. They will still have 100% of the media and 98% of registered Dems in their pockets.
Whatever comes out will be dismissed by the media as made up by the hackers and not credible.
