Not really. By the time of this dinner Clinton already had her private server up and running. She had it done during confirmation hearings. And she NEVER set up a state department email for classified stuff. He might as well have been talking to the wall.
The way I read it that Powell (a really detestable person BTW) told her to use a private email account, that’s not exactly the same as saying, “set up your own private server in your bathroom, so you can avoid FOIA requests, and then delete tens of thousands of emails.”
Essentially, Clinton is lying again, and trying to pass the buck. It’s not unlike her statement to Scott Pelly a couple of weeks ago, when he said that the “ball had been dropped in Benghazi,” she said, “Benghazi wasn’t my ball to carry, we have security experts for that.”
If he did? She named him cuz she thinks he’s untouchable.
I know everyone wants to see Hillary’s missing emails, but I’m waiting for evidence that she does anything remotely resembling yoga. Or does she get some stooge to do the yoga for her?

Powell is going to endorse Clinton and then explain why the Secretary of State having a home server is not a bad thing.
After that, if you attack Hillary’s home server, Powell takes the fall and Powell is one of the few untouchables in DC.
Um, Powell used a private email account. Hillary used an entire mail server—and her own email organization, and let her staff use it, too.
A hackable, non-protected server environment everyone in the intelligence world knew about.

The domain name for the mail server was registered on Jan 13, 2009, about a month after Obama nominated her for SOS.
So she basically planned the mail server immediately so she could control the email.
