This area of Louisiana must be Trump voters? That is why 0 and killary or media aren’t saying a thing about it.

Hopefully so - but the point is, to me anyway, that Donald Trump CARES about these people enough to be there among them. I believe he is doing a flyover and then is meeting with some of the flood victims. Hillary would faint before lowering herself to meet with the Louisiana “peasants”.
Bit by bit, Trump is acting, and sounding, more Presidential every day.
It won’t just be voters in Louisiana that’ll appreciate this trip, other states will notice too. And they’ll also notice Hillary is AWOL when a crisis hits, not a good sign for her.
Voters are drawing their own conclusions about the abilities of the two candidates.
