I do a lot with beans and spicy things..
nicos posted the crock pot dish, and does it look yummy! I’m enjoying my grilled veggies this summer. I take onions, peppers, and various veggies, cut into bite size pieces, coat lightly in olive oil, salt & pepper. Then grill. Super tasty and good for you.
