Where Has THIS Trump Been? The emergence of a serious presidential contender.
The American Spectator ^ | 08/21/2016 | ROSS KAMINSKY

Posted on 08/21/2016 2:12:11 PM PDT by MaxistheBest

Thee political world is all atwitter following Donald Trump’s statement last Thursday in Charlotte, North Carolina that, “believe it or not,” he regrets having said “the wrong thing” in the past, “particularly where it may have caused personal pain,” a list which might include Heidi Cruz, Megyn Kelly, and Ghazala Khan.

I was less astonished than most, however, because I noticed a substantial and important change in Mr. Trump’s campaigning more than week earlier. Although I mentioned it during my radio show, it seemed to go mostly unnoticed in the broader media, perhaps because of justifiable initial skepticism.

In Abingdon, Virginia on Wednesday, August 10, Donald Trump gave nearly an hour of remarks in a tone entirely different from what he had offered in public before. No yelling, no venomous rasping in the back of his throat, and, although he was as strong as ever in his positions on issues (several of which, most particularly trade and NAFTA, I strongly disagree with him on), the seething anger and divisiveness which had characterized so much of his campaign to date was simply gone. .....

.....While Trump had been on good behavior briefly in the past only to return to “Trump being Trump” mere hours later, the Abingdon speech felt different. It felt as if someone — at this point I suspect it was Kellyanne Conway — had gotten him to realize that the path he was on was doomed to fail and that a possible road to victory did not involve forsaking policy positions but simply abandoning a poisonous rhetorical style.

I thought to myself — and said to my wife —

“If Trump had been doing this for the past couple of months, he’d be beating Hillary right now.”

The American Spectator wasn’t on board the Trump Train was it?

Perhaps I’m wrong, but I get the impression it’s making a bid deal about a supposed change, to cover for it’s lack of grasping him to begin with.

Trump hasn’t changed. He’s just still kicking ass. And now others are beginning to notice.

Over a year late, but welcome to the party folks.

Yes it was, mostly. Jeffrey Lord was on board day one and should get the Medal of Honor for taking all the crap and fighting back while he was on the CNN panels.

Okay, I appreciate the correction.

Thank you.

I wish they wouldn’t play up this media mem that Trump was in trouble and has turned it around.

“a list which might include Heidi Cruz, Megyn Kelly, and Ghazala Khan.”

****************************************************

Now I MIGHT go with Cruz, or Kelly but lets not get carried away with this Con Khan guy:

http://gotnews.com/breaking-khizr-khan-family-aka-kinky-lick-ashley-madison-using-dead-sons-foundation-building-fetish-sex-club/

http://investmentwatchblog.com/khan-was-paid-25000-constitution-bought-2-hours-before-dnc-speech/

Mr. Gold Star parent, Khizr Khan in his plea,

“This is our country too”

The problem is Khizr Khan is selling your share of America to Obama invaders

As another Lame Cherry exclusive in matter anti matter.

The cover of ‘pity me for my dead boy’ as a Muslim flails about the Constitution like an IED at Donald Trump, is quite the theatrical performance which catches the VFW in the web of ‘pity me because my boy wore an American uniform’, like other Muslims like at Fort Hood.

Such is the world of Khzir Khan, a world of the more one stops being blinded by tears salted by deception of the Clinton campaign, one begins to notice such things as how well connected this Muslim immigrant is, how well paid he is, and oddly how he seems to have many spots which seem to change leopard colors depending upon the venue.

One day the spot is Hillary Clinton performer.

One day it is importer of Muslim slave traffic.

One day it is Muslim voter registration to overthrow the US elections.

....and those are the spots we know, and it begins to explain why Khizr Khan is now begging for the peace and serenity, after his jihadi attack on American Donald Trump hide in the shadows and ply his trade and craft.

Regus Office Space in Midtown Manhattan

In the world of Khzir Khan we find an immigrant Pakistani, who made the long road to America, and hit the American high rise best address in the world, in buildings which mark the greatest skyline in the world.

Regus Office Space in Midtown Manhattan

The lodgings of a Muslim import business.......oh yes that is what Khzir Khan specializes in as an attorney now, is human traffic. Khzir Khan literally is in a business of selling United States VISA’s to Muslims or in short, Khzir Khan with full protection of the Obama regime, is the New York Coyote of Islam human traffic. He is the equal to the Mexican coyote bringing in loads of Mexican traffic and dumping them into America.

Clarice Feldman of the American Thinker adds a great deal to this mystery of Khzir Kahn, wrapped in riddle of Hillary Clinton, shrouded in the enigma of “financial militant Islam”

I was surprised that a N.Y. law office would list a D.C. telephone number, so I called it to check and was told by the man who answered that it was not Khizr Khan’s law office. The man who answered would not tell me who it was.
So I did more digging and learned that that is also the phone number of a group called American Muslims Vote, which says its mission is:

To create an enlightened community by providing and developing Patriotic American Muslim leadership and
Encouraging American Muslims to participate in the democratic process at local, state and national level and vote on the election day.

I did some further research into who registered this domain name and when. Khizr Khan registered it on July 23, 2016.

We find in Khzir Khan a reality of his being a front man, for now we knows Muslim terror oil money in the Mideast of OPEC, littering America with mosques, and now the image Obama Islamic invasion of the West.

We find that Khzir Khan is linked to the Islamic politicization of America.
We find that Khzir Khan is linked to Huma Abedin in the Muslim Brotherhood.

But what we have not yet found is who is paying for MADISON AVENUE addresses, as they do not give those away. Apartments in this vicinity are almost 4000 dollars a month.

What no one is questioning now, except the Lame Cherry is the reality that Khzir Khan is one of those Obama voters responsible for keeping 95 million Americans unemployed. Khzir Khan is one of those responsible for bringing in foreigners so Disney can fire Americans after the foreigners have been trained.

What we have not yet discovered is how many of Khzir Khan’s Muslim retches who have purchased United States Citizenship, are agents of Islamic terrorism, carriers of TB diseases, rapists and murderers.......besides keeping 95 million Americans from being employed, but receiving 20,000 Obama bonuses for being smuggled into America.

How much money is Hillary Clinton’s slave trader, Khizr Khan, making off of the image Obama displaced from the Obama Clinton wars against Islam? Yes Hillary Clinton has made the questionable world of the Khan family as their poster children. Let there become now a call for the FBI, INS and IRS begin an investigation into how another very interesting businessman has become an associate of the Clintons.

One day it is someone donating to the Clinton Foundation and the next it is LaVoy Finicum murdered.

One day it is Chris Stevens sent to Benghazi over Clinton Obama weapons deals and the next he is dead.

One day it is Khizr Khan on the Democratic National Convention smearing Donald Trump with the blood of a dead Muslim son, who had his men exposed to a suicide bomber in Iraq, and the next it is Khizr Khan running for cover as more and more of this criminal enterprise is literally selling American citizenship for profit to Obama imported Muslims.

Once again another Lame Cherry exclusive in matter anti matter.

That is Elsheba Khan not Ghazala Kahn.

He's been there all along. Fortunately enough saw him and recognized that he was doing what he does best, and that is draw the masses in to his corner. He did it by speaking what was on the minds of so many. Bringing much ridicule his way, only to be proven right time after time.

Now he needs to get to the rest that have been too blind to see his methodology, primarily because they think too highly of themselves. They think they have all the answers, after all, they follow the politically correct avenue to a tees because that they mistakenly believe that is what is translating into victories for the Democrats. Proving only that they are nothing more than stupid pawns being played like a broken fiddle by those who have them hoodwinked. When they do go off of that politically correct path, they actually win elections, but they then revert right back to the politically correct path. I believe it is because they think their victory was a fluke, and that maintaining that path will equate to losses down the road. Hence they have earned the moniker of The Stupid Party.

Trump/Pence 2016. Be there or be lost forevermore.

I think Trump is just keeping his powder dry. Whatever Hillary has spent over say the last 3 months on ads, it’s pretty much all gone down the crapper, as her email and other controversies congeal and solidify. In absolute contrast and polar opposite, if now Trump is going to get and stick and repeat on T_Prompter message AND NOW get some ads going, who is going to tell me that this is going to be ineffective? You mean, in an electorate oriented towards the 11-second attention span, ads they saw 2 months ago are going to have traction? I doubt it.

On the HRC side, what are these ads going to say? That she’s for the working man and woman and the children. Bleh. Been said so many times it’s drivel. Meanwhile, this lying thing of hers is absolutely penetrating the consciousness of the electorate. Even with the Dems saying “well, where’s the prosecution? if she’s so guilty?”

Uh huh. Into the minds of women everywhere is the fact that she has lied her fairly wide ass off to them and betrayed more and more people along the way. Hillary is losing women, and large swaths of them, with this lying. And this going to be drawn into sharper and sharper focus as time goes on.

Some may say (wrt Trump) that this (a: failure to place and show ads, and 2: failure to develop ground game) is amateurishness on the part of Trump. I’ll admit to thinking along those lines. “Those lines” are the established practice of every one of the political campaigns that have gone on for years and years. Let’s at minimum acknowledge that *IF* this is a tactic, then it gets and has very successfully gotten the media all on one side of the boat, and they lose credibility when they report exactly the same story in tandem. Which they do.

It is not necessarily better that Trump is different, but he is. And making the comparison to “conventional wisdom” is not that germane, IMO.

This is a man who has a keen sense of the power of the media, for better or for worse.

I remain a bit concerned about the so-called “ground game” but I am not concerned about him keeping dry powder for the late innings of the campaign. Maybe it was a gargantuan and fortuitous accident and he only stumbled into where he is. Maybe not.

What the left fears MOST is Trump taking 20-30 percent of the black vote..that is what terrifies them..if Trump can do that he wins this election by that landslide I keep on reading about..that would be a TRUE landslide because I think if Trump does what Reagan did, instead of talk to the media who hates them, talk to THE PEOPLE..go to the inner cities, go to Detroit, Baltimore, South Central, talk to people who have to live amongst the gang infested streets worrying about their kids coming home alive everyday, worrying about their kids going to crappy schools..Trump needs to tell them there is another way, school choice, something the left DESPISES because they dont want blacks to have a future..if he does this and it resonates with the folks he can win easily

“trust that he knows what he’s doing.”

Trump made a very serious mistake coming out of the convention. After giving a great acceptance speech that should have grabbed more undecided, he went right back to a foolish press conference and picking an even more foolish fight with the parents of a KIA soldier, instead of letting his hit men(Perry, Rudy and Chris) do the dirty work.

He is new at this granted, but after 12 months at it, he still made a lot of unforced errors. The new Trump is the keeper and the one that is going to win.

Are these self-proclaimed experts really that stupid? Trump is Trump. The Art of the Deal guy is The Apprentice guy is the Trump’s Wings (from SNL) guy. He’s not some cardboard cutout, like professional politicians, who exudes a certain well-crafted and consistent persona in all situations.

He’s a human, like us “little people” that the pundits make fun of. In the primary, he got us interested and then made us believe. Now, its time for the Big Show and he is showing America that he IS a Chief Executive, while the “front-runner” is hiding, stumbling, coughing, and dodging the law.

Like all us, Trump has different facets to his personality. At a party, he is light-hearted and carefree...at a board meeting he is serious and focused.

Same person, different events.

The off-the-cuff, entertaining Trump was called upon to win the nomination.

Now the focused Trump will win the General Election.

Same Trump, different events.

Trump 2.0 kicking ass!

Like Trump, The Founding Fathers Weren’t PERFECT EITHER!

A few months ago, I wrote and posted a defense of Donald Trump entitled “Why Would We Elect as President a Guy Who...? In it, I attempted to point out that MANY of those we have elected to the White House (as well as the myriad men and women who occupy high positions) have been – like ALL of us – frail, flawed and fallen fellow human beings and, yes, sinners.

My defense of Trump – but, more critically, the vital need to keep the most corrupt candidate to run for the office in my lifetime OUT of the White House – has led me to do further research into the personalities and character some of the men who played pivotal roles in the formation of this country. I wanted to try and learn if some of THEM would have sparked #nevertrump like groups to spring up in opposition. I cite below some of the fairly well documented historical information I have uncovered.

(For the sake of brevity, I have omitted footnotes. If anyone wishes them, please request via email and I’ll send them.)

“The Father of Our Country, George Washington began producing rye whiskey at Mount Vernon in 1797, reaching a peak production of over 11,000 gallons per year by 1799. He was the largest producer of whiskey in the Colonies. Imagine this fine Christian gentleman becoming a producer of – HORRORS – WHISKEY!! You can still buy his original recipe from the folks now running Mt. Vernon. Search on-line for “George Washington Rye”.
Mt. Vernon is regularly picked by #neverwashington and Christian Temperance groups.

“Whatever qualities define a Founding Father in the minds of many Americans, Thomas Paine probably lacked most of them. He was, according to one acquaintance, ‘course and uncouth in his manners, loathsome in his appearance, and a disgusting egoist.’ And yet this new immigrant from England became the voice of the early Revolution.’ His outspokenness at times got him in trouble, and he often found himself enmeshed in colonial scandals.”

“If Ben Franklin was the elder sage of the Revolution, Washington its heroic warrior and Jefferson its rarefied intellect, John Adam was its messy, tenacious, disputatious, verbose conscience. The powerful French minister the Count de Vergennes once told Congress that Adams ‘...has a rigidity and arrogance and obstinacy that will cause him to foment a thousand unfortunate incidents.’ Adams himself once said ‘Popularity was never my Mistress, nor was I ever, or shall I ever be a popular Man.’”
When the 5 man committee to draft the Declaration of Independence was formed, they assigned Jefferson who “...had a reputation of a masterly pen” the task of writing the document. Years later Adams admitted that he removed himself from consideration as he was “obnoxious, suspected and unpopular.” As we all know, despite being “obnoxious, suspected and unpopular” Adams went on to become President.

His enemies often referred to Alexander Hamilton as the “bastard boy” . From the West Indies, his mother, estranged from her legal husband, bore him in a relationship with another man. Hamilton went on to provide invaluable service to the new nation, creating and standing up numbers of institutions that exist to this day.

At 70 years of age when he participated in the drafting of the Declaration, Benjamin Franklin was the elder statesman of the move for independence. A successful businessman and widowed in 1774, he was also later renowned as a lady’s man – and the younger the better. During his frequent visits to Europe, first to England before the Revolution to plead the cause of American independence then to France to enlist French aid in the war with George, III, the stories of Dr. Franklin’s love of the freely given attentions of the ladies were legendary. As what we now call a “senior citizen” it’s doubtful that Dr. Franklin was “up” to return their affections in a more than grandfatherly manner. That said, some things are best left unknown.

While I COULD go on longer, here I shall end this truncated tale of the strong, intelligent, principled, yet FLAWED men who loved America – the IDEA – enough to risk death at the hands of a tyrannical king.

If you cannot draw a parallel between them and the strong, intelligent, principled, yet FLAWED man who also loves America – the IDEA – enough to leave his successful and affluent PRIVATE life in what could well be the last opportunity to snatch America back from the tyrants of today, I fear that I have just wasted the 2 hours it took me to compose it and the 10 minutes or so it took you to read it.

And for that I humbly apologize.

Trump’s last couple of speeches have been more substantive, but he sounds as if he’s going out of his way to sound as if he’s reading them. And he’s shouting EVERY LINE. And waiting for applause after every line. IOW, he’s sounding like a politician.

Trump always said during the primaries that he was worried about boring crowds by going too facts and figures and TelePrompTer but that he could be very presidential when the time was right. That could be one reason that he waited so long although I do think with a stronger opponent we would have seen a more clearly focused and serious contender immediately after the convention.
