Frankly, PoC is one of the LESS common ways I hear, in fact even less common than “Negro.”

So, I suppose the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People also objects to the term Colored People?

And what is the semantic difference between ‘people of color’ and ‘colored people’?

“People of Color” good.

You can say ‘people of color’ but you can’t say ‘colored people’. What’s the difference?

Is “I am white” a racist statement?

Is “I am a man” a sexist statement?

Who defines these stupid terms? The Left of course. So according to them, “Black Lives Matter” is not racist and the “women’s movement” is not sexist.

What utter and complete b/s “racism” and “sexism” are. Lying and confusing tools of the Lying and Confused Left.

Best thing: ignore all this b/s and move on to issues that are in fact substantive.

“Colored People” is not a racial slur. “cuhlluds” is a racial slur, because it’s a slurring of the word ‘colored’ with racial overtones.

What’s the difference between people of color and colored people. Power.

Amy Robach apologizes for ‘mistakenly’ using racial slur on ‘GMA’

“We no longer use the term colored people, although once upon a time that was a term in use,” McDowell said. “Now the preferred usage is people of color ..."

So if you use the same root words, but you don't say them in the proper order, it's a racial slur?

Bwa ha ha ha ha ha... (slaps sides) bwa ha ha ha ha ha...

Comical!

Then why doesn't The NAACP change its name to Nat'l Assoc. of African American Humans?

Oh. Right. Because then it would be NAAAAH.

The Land Of The Free

The Land Of The Perpetually Offended.

The same people who refer to themselves as "People Of Color" are upset if you say "Colored People"?

Go figure that one out.

...”No matter how cynical I get, it’s never enough.”...

This is becoming worse than the old Soviet Union ever thought about being. When they begin to tell us who we can physically communicate with, and that is coming if HRC becomes President, just assume they have reached their goal. Whoever said, “Ignorance is bliss,” got it wrong. Ignorance which tolerates this kind of tyranny toward speech is diabolical..It is as simple as that.
