Why Clinton can’t shake her private email scandal
Washington Post ^ | Aug. 23, 2016 | Andrea Peterson

Hillary Clinton has been tired of talking about her private email server for a long time. When a reporter asked the Democratic presidential candidate about the story’s staying power as she walked away from a terse news conference in August 2015, the politician threw up her hands in exasperation.

“Nobody talks to me about it other than you guys,” she hollered back.

But a year later — and with just over three months until the election — Clinton is still being plagued by her decision to use a personal email account for work during her tenure as secretary of state.

On Monday, a lawsuit from a conservative group revealed new email exchanges concerning the Clinton Foundation and State Department access and put pressure on the State Department to quickly review an unreleased

This isn't a question of "using a private email account for work", this is the case of using unsecured personal email account to transmit highly classified material, which endangers national security.

Other people who do that end up in jail and never ever get access to any classified information.

Why didn't Comey and his 150 clowns find these 15,000 emails. Don't they know how to investigate a crime scene?

re> she walked away from a terse news conference in August 2015

Notice that was over 1 year ago and the issue is still hot and getting hotter by the email.

Well, one reason she can’t shake it is because she continues to obfuscate, lie, and hide documents. As they said during Watergate “the coverup is worse than the crime”. If she let everything out and there were no smoking guns it would have been forgotten.

Which begs the question, why an attorney who worked on the Watergate hearings would pursue these tactics? I’m afraid of the answer.

A personal unsecured server, not just email.

26 years ago when I moved to the DC area I got the Wash Times and the Post. That when I learned how in bed the Post was with the DNC. Around here we call the Post “Pravda on the Potomac.”

Why didn't Comey and his 150 clowns find these 15,000 emails?

They lacked the necessary resources.

This is a multi-player racketeering scheme. There are dozens of heads on the chopping blocks. The reason for the mega-amount of cash is for a mega-amount of bribes.

Who could have seen this Clinton Pay-For Play scam coming?

Well, pretty much every one except the Senators who confirmed her.

January 2009:

Senate confirms Hillary Clinton as Secretary of State with a vote of 94 to 2.

Two senators voted against her appointment;

  1. Sen. David Vitter (R-La., who wanted stronger restrictions on donations to the Clintons´ foundation.

  2. Sen. Jim DeMint (R-S.C.), who was concerned about her support for abortion rights.

Even if we forget the classified information aspect of it, there is still the fact that she was using her private server to avoid records retention and freedom of information laws. Citizens have the right to know what their government officials are doing, but Clinton wanted to hide her work from her bosses, the taxpayers. If an employee at a private company did that, it would be grounds for firing, absent any other impropriety.

Similarly, it should disqualify Clinton from ever being considered for public office. After all, as the government loves to tell us “if she wasn’t doing anything wrong, she wouldn’t have anything to hide”.

Maybe people with any bit of integrity knows that it was simply a criminal attempt to hide the inevitable attempts to accept bribes for the Clinton Crime Foundation to personally reward Hillary, her family and cronies.
