7.7% of Toronto is Muslim. That’s enough evidence for me to conclude the attacker was Muslim until someone proves otherwise.
Because of recent statistics, the burden of proof now lies on those to prove it was not a Muslim.

Crossbows used to be banned except as toys. They were considered a poachers weapon.
Then, in the 1950s and 60s, George Stevens, of Huntsville Ar started lobbying to make them legal.
Now they are everywhere and are being made to look like pistol gripped As-s-s-ault rifles!

Per
the CBC, the murders appear to be linked to a
suspicious package that led to the evacuation of a Queen's Quay condo (down near the waterfront; a considerable distance from Markham & Eglinton). It also appears that the victims were related.
So it may be terror related, or it may be a personal thing, is my takeaway at this point. Details from the police are still quite sketchy.
