Yep. My first thought was most of the victims probably don’t have health insurance or the money to pay the bills.

Using your own twisted logic, do you think the hospitals who received the victims of 9/11 should not have absorbed the cost of their survival treatments and instead should have billed the families for the costs incurred???

From the sound of it they will bill insurance and Medicare/Medicaid first and not bill the victims for their co-pays. It’s a tad misleading
