It is more of a slang term than an official thing. Honestly many of the channels I subscribe to on YouTube are people that are seen as “alt-right” in the loose definition of the phrase, but rarely ever use the term themselves.

that make content that leaves professional talkers in the dust, just see themselves as regular people, not part of an official thing.
That’s why Hillary using it is just goofy. The biggest voices of dissent on the internet arent really using it that much, so this isnt going to affect them. The ones that are, like the 4-Chan crew, are going to take it to Hillary because she has taken their troll bait!
