What a horrible tragedy.
Between the Glock lawsuit article posted yesterday and this one, I begin to wonder if some of the more prominent, anti-gun advocacy groups are taking advantage of these poor folk's grief and encouraging them to file lawsuits, hoping for some legal precedent to be established.
Just speculating at this point.

I’d bet serious money on that.
I doubt they want a ‘legal precedent’. It’s lawfare: ‘bankrupt any gun-related business’ if possible.
I think you pegged it. When our son was murdered all we saw was wall to wall lefty press wanting interviews. We didn’t give them the pleasure of sharing our grief.
Just me fighting parole hearings with government stats they couldn’t refute. I fought dirty, still do.
