Clinton KNEW her aides were working with family foundation despite her pledge not to – and she even hosted dinner at her home for the charity when in office.

June 11, 2012 message: Clinton Foundation aide Dennis Cheng (Bagman) who is currently the finance director for Clinton's presidential campaign – emailed Abedin a list of attendees at a foundation dinner.......'Attached is a list of attendees for tomorrow night's Clinton Foundation dinner,' he wrote. 'Let me know if you need anything else for HRC's briefing.'...............Abedin forwarded the message to 'other' State Department aides with the message 'For her book tomorrow. Dinner at her house.' The names on the guest list included long-time Clinton confidante Terry McAuliffe, then-Defense Secretary Leon Panetta, and Ukrainian oligarch Viktor Pinchuk.

Emails released by Citizens United show Clinton aides Huma Abedin and Cheryl Mills were in regular contact with foundation officials on topics including the programming at Clinton Global Initiative events.

Phone logs from Cheryl Mills's office published this week showed Mills corresponded extensively with the Clinton Foundation's chief operating officer.

In an email from 2012, a Clinton Foundation official reached out to Mills and Huma 'for advice on what Bill Clinton should say' in a press release for a project for the Clinton Climate Initiative, an offshoot of the foundation........The project was being carried out with the Climate and Clean Air Coalition, an initiative launched by Hillary Clinton 'at the State Department'............. 'What would you like us to say or not say?'.. asked Clinton Foundation aide Amitabh Desai in a June 18, 2012 email to Abedin and Mills.

That must mean TRUMP doesn’t have to release his TAX RETURNS until 2020.

Why should Trump release his Tax Returns as a private citizen? He should not.

Hillary was a government employee, a public 'servant'. Her schedules from her days as our employee should be available to the public.

“While Clinton signed an ethics agreement (she herself designed) saying she would not be personally involved with State Department matters related to the Clinton Foundation, her closest staffers were bound by no such restrictions, according to the State Department.”....
There is no difference whatsoever between ‘her closest staffers and Hillary. If they did it, she did it. They are one in the same and she knows it and so does everyone else.”

[Why should Trump release his Tax Returns as a private citizen?]

You are right.

Who ever hacked her computer didn’t just take emails. I wouldn’t believe she didn’t have her schedule on their either.

The schedule....which she didn’t personally manage herself....sat on the office server there inside of the State Department. There are numerous examples of how her people (staff) had to tell her times and locations to be at various meetings....using the master schedule that they maintained.

I think what worries people (inside of the State Department and with Hillary’s team) is that there are names listed on the schedule with meetings. Hundreds of names probably. These are all people who paid for a special meeting to get their special favor done. If you put this list out there....then you could go line by line....what did Prince so-and-so from Saudi Arabia get? What did Russian business Boris get?

If she does win....I think this schedule would require about six months to put the whole picture together but you could easily walk into the Senate and they could put up charges against her. It wouldn’t even have to be an impeachment process...just regular court. The staff around her would also be dragged down the same process and face charges as well.

Trump needs to blanket the airwaves with ads pounding Clinton for her corruption and the cover up. He doesn’t need the agendas, which are being doctored as we speak.

This is ludicrous. They had seven months to release a schedule, and they need four more? This should take less than a day. Put Hillary in jail until the schedule is released, and it will be out in a matter of minutes. Now she sais that the AP report is inaccurate because the entire schedule is not out. But she is the one hiding the schedule.

The heretofore unseen lawlessness of the Obama Administration has revealed a partial Judicial flaw and a partial Constitutional flaw in our structure.

The courts have elevated Standing (not in the Constitution) to such a level that only the Executive Branch can execute its desires, the Congress can not. In effect the courts have taken Congress’ power away vis the Executive. A simple court rule devised by the Judiciary effectively stymies the Separation of Powers. And neither the Executive or the Congress can do anything about it.

The Congress and the Judiciary has no police or soldiers so it can’t exercise it’s prerogatives unless the Executive Branch is willing. While the power of the purse may be used in future budget years, there is no remedy for Congress in the current year, save Impeachment. Impeachment is often too drastic a remedy to overturn a two year election campaign for every separation of powers issue that might arise. The courts can’t enforce anything unless the Executive branch is willing to have its employees do so. And the next election is 70 odd days away. These are exigent circumstances, there’s no time for a budget fight or an impeachment trial if there even were a high crime or a misdemeanor.

This has come up so often in the Obama Administration, this stymieing of Congress that I find it a flaw that Congress can’t do a pre-dawn raid on the State Department. Congress is the people’s voice in the government. The court has ordered the State Department to disclose because they said to do so. And now no one can do a thing about it becasue the State Department, i.e. the Executive Branch says eff you.

It appears that there is no remedy available to the Congress in our system to resolve an exigent matter such as these documents. Impeachment and the purse are remedies in non-exigent circumstances. The courts are a remedy if the Executive branch is willing. There is no remedy if Congress and the Judiciary are willing but the Executive is not. Having not seen the likes of Obama previously, the issue has never been exposed as such. It’s a flaw.

Does it bother anyone that the State Department seems not to work for the citizens but work as a defense for the Clintons.
