Judge Snow has stated that he is out to get the Sheriff. This has been verified by Snow’s wife.
In an attempt to attain justice, the Sheriff’s attorneys filed a motion for Snow to recluse himself.
Naturally, Snow refused.
The dog and pony show that highlights Snow’s bias will continue until he is satisfied that his juvenile, immature ego is satisfied.
What is interesting is that the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals has reversed the decision that MCSO cannot enforce immigration law.
I wonder what this does to Snow’s witch hunt?
Shouldnt it be sheriffs probing the criminal DOJ, a threat itself to national security.
What upside down world we live in
In the story it says, “Snow imposed a series of changes aimed at guarding against profiling, but he has complained that Arpaio has been slow to make the changes.”
By Law a sheriff is the highest elected member of the Executive branch in the county.
As such he has separate but equal powers, under U.S. constitutional law.
A judge may not make laws or, “a series of changes”.
The legislature (all elected) and the third, separate but equal , branch would decide when there is a dispute in the law.
If anything it seems the judge ought to be “probed” for overstepping his authority.
There is always a context for this, such as consent decrees in a lawsuit, stare decisis, etc.
A panel of bobbleheads was whining today on FNC that we shouldn’t “waste taxpayer dollars” having a special prosecutor investigate Clintoon’s crimes. Apparently, it isn’t a waste of taxpayer dollars to investigate a county sheriff. This country is so screwed up. Definitely fundamentally deformed. This whole fiasco with Arpaio is being orchestrated by the criminal, illegal alien invaders.
If they do the same “top quality” job they’ve done like fast and furious, Hilary’s emails, Barrack’s birth certificate, and the many other great pieces of work they have done, I know they will spent our taxpayer dollars in the best of us. They won’t find a thing. And probably can’t.

Better still, The Trump Administration has cut off all LEO assistance funds to ALL cities with Sanctuary Laws, and is looking at other Federal Funding sources to these entities to see what further cuts can be made without legislation.
This a$$hole is another Mormon. Got his law degree from Brigham Young University. Snow is a big-time Mormon name in Utah. The Snow Family is one of the “founding families” of Mormonism.
They can never find anything on DEMOCRATS that they investigate. I expect them to find MOUNTAINS of ‘evidence’ on a Republican.

The unfortunate thing is that they have a whole lot of people fooled about their efficiency because they keep sheep voting these morons back in.

sheriff Arpaio’s crime is that he has enforced laws which are on the books, which the feds have refused to do.
This ought to be good, as long as they do not have a kangaroo Obama Court judge.
Like a Greek play, Obama's DOJ is the crane with cable that let's him drop into, and resolve, any political problem in a flash. My contempt for this— this, call it brigandage, is boundless. In my play, Sheriff Joe will be President Trump's Attorney General.
