There's bad feelings between him and the Clintons, but it's not inconceivable that he'd pardon them*; it's not inconceivable that he'll pardon those involved with the Iran Deal; it's not inconceivable that he'll issue mass pardons in the last few weeks before the elections (111 really isn't a "mass pardon" in the sense I'm thinking).
* - Especially if he can get a I'll pardon you, you pardon me
political deal out of it.

I was recently rereading Barbara Olsens's book The Final Days. She spends quite a few pages discussing clemency and pardons given by Billy Bob. Bet nobama makes him look like a slacker.
