No one even seems to question the reason why she declined the invitation by the president of Mexico. Could it be that HRC is too sick to travel? This is a good double jeopardy type situation. If the state dept. provided the training, then why didn’t Clinton apply it? Her failure to apply it makes her culpable.

If the state dept. failed to train her, it makes THEM culpable, and it gets her off the hook.

I wonder if the state department is going to allow themselves to look as inept as they seem to be, or if they are going to pin it on her???
