Naive Hillary Believes Mex Prez on What Was Said About Wall at Trump Meet
Legal Insurrection ^ | Mark Finkelstein

I lived and worked in Mexico at the beginning of my career. Loved the country, the people, the culture. Was offered a permanent position. Tempting, but couldn’t do it for one key reason: the absolutely endemic corruption. From the “policeman” on the corner shaking you down for an illusory infraction right up to the president, corruption and deceit were ingrained.

A person would have to be dangerously naive to take as gospel the word of the Mexican president. Enter Hillary Clinton. Morning Joe today aired her latest ad in which she claims that Donald Trump was caught “lying” when he said he and Mexican President Peña Nieto didn’t discuss payment for the wall during their meeting this week. Hillary’s proof? A subsequent statement by the Mex prez that he was “clear and emphatic” that Mexico won’t pay for the wall. What other statements by what other Third World leaders will Hillary—naively and uncritically—take at face value?

I recall at various stages of the campaign people alleging that Trump was trying to throw the election - because of his unorthodox approach to campaigning. I had to laugh and say, “You just don’t know Donald”

I’ve looked at most of the ads the Hellery campaign has put out, and coupled that with the statements she’s made (and others have made upon her behalf) and they’ve left me wondering...is Hellery intentionally trying to lose the election? Ham-fisted and tin-eared. Lame-brained. Clueless.

The only campaign that I recall worse than hers was the HW Bush reelection campaign (although Dole’s was pretty bad too).

Nieto made the statement about “not paying for the wall” long before the Trump meeting .. looks like Hillary is just now catching up to what’s going on in the world.

Hmmmm ..?? So .. if America gets hit by terrorists .. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR HILLARY TO FIND OUT .. ACKNOWLEDGE THE EVENT .. AND THEN DO SOMETHING ..???

WHOOOOOOOOPSIE ..!!! Sorry Hillary, we already took care of it several months ago.

You have to be brainless to vote for Hillary.

He did not say they did not discuss the wall. He said they did not discuss paying for the wall.

And a one sentence each exchange like "You'll pay for the wall" answered by "Oh no we won't" does not constitute a discussion anyway.

A president Trump will make them pay without handing them a bill. As he has explained many times, he will return their expensive-to-maintain criminal illegals, extract proper taxes from those Mexicans who stay, adjust the trade imbalances and the cost of remittances to Mexico until the payment is made.
