People are such idiots. Kaepernick has no Constitutional Right to free speech as a team representative, nor do any of the rest of us when when we are on duty. If Kaepernick is off duty and out of uniform, and better yet, unemployed, then he can say what he wants. Obama and all of the media are in lock step saying this is free speech and people are buying it. All it really is is an exercise in cowardice by the team and the league in not shutting him down.
