The problem is that website information can be changed and modified. While blockchain has a mechanism to validate every vote’s real value, if the “watchers” are not honest with us and don’t publish the blockchain values, we’ll never know if the information is correct.

The only thing that blockchain would prevent is vote changing after the fact. It would NOT stop ballot stuffing.
