Background: We live in one of the surrounding towns of the "City of Evil" Ithaca, NY. If you go to the store, any store, you go to Ithaca. (about 5 miles away).
I bought my wife a couple of Trump for president T-shirts. When I gave them to her she said, "What are you trying to get me killed?"
She loves the shirts. Today she wore one for the first time. She went to the fitness center, the post office, Walmart, etc.
When she got back she was all excited. She said that I wouldn't believe all the feedback she got while out.
It was mostly all positive, none negative. Heads turned, go Trump was shouted, You are pretty brave wearing that shirt. Checkout clerk advised her that the previous customers were all talking about her shirt. Someone else commented on her being brave wearing the Trump shirt. She said out loud, "Key my car, I don't care I'm voting for Trump."
A young man approached her commenting on her shirt that obviously she was voting for Trump. He said he was a Bernie supporter, (Bernie won our county over Hillary). He said of course Bernie is out so he was leaning Trump. She told him to make sure He votes, regardless of who he votes for.
I know it's anecdotal, but for this much Trump under vote to be expressed by so many people in "Ithaca the City of Evil was just amazing to me
GO TRUMP!
Get your T-Shirts and Trump signs. Let others know they are not alone!!!!
I started to say ‘ why are you letting her set the narrative’ but I have one of those in my family too.
I finally decided to ‘plow through’
My red ‘Make America Great Again’ hat will be here Friday. Can’t wait!
I started wearing my Trump shirt in December, and as it was still cold then, my Trump stocking cap.
Always have gotten positives. I have had a few sketchy looks, and two days ago, one pointing and laughing, but that was from a neo nazi podcast person that is the pariah of the area, so, I guess she is a Hillary Supporter.
During the Primaries, my signs were stolen, and my car and house egged. Sign stealing, an almost nightly occurrence.
I put up a Trump sign a few days ago close to the porch. Yesterday, my cat was poisoned, and died. Coincidence? In the
almost 40 years I’ve lived here I have never had a pet poisoned.
I would SO love to wear that shirt to church sometime and cause fainting spells.
I would only do it if I was carrying concealed.
I so pray that is correct!
As my handle indicates, I wasn’t always conservative. I didn’t vote in 1980. My husband woke me up the next morning with the news that Reagan won. I said:”Oh, my God! It’s the counterrevolution!”
May it happen again.
Wow...that’s cheap! Plus free shipping.
Wouldn’t hurt as much to lose a couple.
They really stand out in a crowd - heads above - and is always ready to go - not having to go in the laundry.
I plan in getting a PLAIN red t-shirt for election day - as you can't go to the pools with your candidates name on display - but if the polls are a sea of RED - the media is going to have a tough time of it.
Here's a t-shirt I made - and wore - in 2008...got lots of positive comments vs a few 'dead stares'
That’s a hanging offense.
I hope you catch the sob.
My other tweak, a “Hilliary for Prison” handmade visor sign rubber banded (also hillbilly) to my driver side visor, has elicited a thumbs up from a road flagger crew member and a vibrant response from another little old lady...As I was putting groceries in my car she came up to me an repeatedly called the “B” word. I was speaking civilly to her and did not try to stoke her obvious anti-Hillary flame. I said just make sure you vote for Trump. I suggest you all may want to whip out some signs and engage the masses.
I would too, but as a poll worker, not allowed!
Communications Technician?
T-Branch, here.
I need a “LATINAS FOR TRUMP” T-Shirt. I’m sure I’ll get plenty of comments here in Arizona.
Great t shirt slogan.
I want a shirt that says, “MAKE AMERICA SAFE AGAIN” OR “MAKE AMERICA’S STREETS SAFE AGAIN”.
Any of you can use these slogans au gratin of MadMax.
Two words for you: Trail camera. I got one when my cat went missing so I could see if he was in the area, and those things are amazing! Never found my kitty, but it’s still a great investment ($50-100 on Amazon).
They’ll be flying too high for the snowflakes to get at them. ha ha!
