Call me Pollyanna, but I thought the US Congress had to approve expenditures. BO has been getting away with handing out our money for 7 1/2 years! Someone tell me exactly how that works, please. Who does he contact to order these kinds of payments - the Treasury?

Iran is a de facto ally of the Current Regime. And as such, is also an ally of the Assad regime in Syria, which are among the many reasons our fight to “destroy” that regime are stalled. The aid we funnel to the so-called “freedom fighters”, ends up almost exclusively in the hands of ISIS, so essentially we are arming BOTH sides of the conflict there.
Not even the Rothschilds were so cynical.
