on the inauguration day... Trump should have papers of detention and arrest warrants from each of the fifty states, for Obama and every conceivable collaborator... and trump should announce it as he gives the inaugural speech.

As soon as the culprits are identified, they need to be held indefinitely, incommunicado... while charges are drawn up the suspected collaborators... even IF OBAMA pardons every member of government including himself, during the last five minutes of his “reign” over us.
Release from a national state of arrest should be contingent upon an extreme vetting type of review to determine if any pardons at all for the collaborators, are actually lawful under the “penumbra” of constitutional equal justice... and there should be no legal representation for the primary collaborators... who will be housed for the following eight years, even without conviction... in Guantanimo. GITMO.
The whole process should be hush hush, right up until the last words of Trump’s oath of office are completed and legally witnessed... then trump should pull the paper out of his pocket... and hand out copies to every military and law enforcement official in attendance, including all that are at the inauguration and every state, city, local and federal government office location in the USA or it’s territories.
