As much as I despise HRC, that horrified me as well. If anybody around me had a seizure like that, I would immediately call "911" and get them to a hospital ASAP.
After viewing that video, no sane person would believe that she is physically capable of assuming duties as Commander-In-Chief. Even a low-level person at my firm would be told to take a medical leave.
Unfit for duty! She should withdraw from the race and focus on her health.

No, I don’t have a link handy, but I do know that the parties are allowed to choose their nominees in any way they see fit.
Currently, both major parties conduct a primary election to determine who that person will be. You’d probably have to look up the specific rules regarding how a Democrat nominee is replaced. Try the DNC website.
Awarding the spot to anyone but the runner up in the primary election would be a huge break with American political tradition, but who knows? Perhaps the choice would be made by a hastily reconvened gathering of their delegates and superdelegates.
So disappointing she didn’t go all the way to the ground. Would have been tough managing that optic. 200lbs? of dead weight not easy to maneuver.

Yes, I noticed she looked better after her medical episode then she did when she first got to the Memorial Service. What ever it is they hit her with it works as she was also much more peppy.
The appearance of "Clinton/Kaine" and "Trump/Pence" on the ballots is merely a convenience for the voters.
