We need someone with a Windows screen grab for videos to grab the video and save it. I can’t do it with my Chromebook.

I do screen grabs with a Chromebook. There is a free plugin in the app store called “Awesome Screenshot.”

I used a program that downlaods the video footage from youtube. I have it on my computer, a 13 Mb or so mp4 file. The posting on youtube is by the guy who took the footage, so youtube doesn't have the "copyright" reason for removing it.
